Peter Sterling Player Profile
Sterlo the "10". Sterling had it all, defence, deft attack, and the ability to read a game. He was in the same field as King Wally. He was a key member in the invicibles that toured the UK and were undefeated. He was Gibson's general when Parra broke their drought and went on to win three on the trot.
Sterlo was the first player to record a perfect 10 in the RLW players game ratings, and he did it twice. Rothmans Medal winner in 1987.
