Steve Mortimer Player Profile
Steve Mortimer was a brilliant halfback for the "dogs" and was a pivotal part of the Canterbury Entertainers. He was responsible for directing and leading the team around the paddock. Winning four GFs in the early 80's, captaining the Blues to a Maroon whitewash.
He was matched in his brilliant attacking skill with his unbelievable cover defending ability which had him ranked with Raper and Coote.
