involved with the Burleigh Bears. He
has two sons playing for the Bears.
Both are backrowers like their illustrious
father and are pretty handy footballers.

side which is coached by another blast
from the past in Mark KoCass. (thanks
Paul Glock)

Kurt Sorensen Player Profile
Oh Kurst Sorensen, he was mad and I loved to watch him play. A ferocious defender who had speed to burn. His wide running with the Sharks caused havoc to opposition backlines.
He was a rampaging bull.
After finishing his Sydney career he transferred to the UK and played into his late thirties. Kurt played for the Widnes club and won the World Club Championship in 1989.
